  7. intellectual‚Äôs popularity. They come and they go. 
  8. McLuhan came. He was very complex. People did 
  9. not understand him. In fact, I heard lots of people 
  10. criticizing his work who had never even read most 
  11. of the work, and the work that they read they 
  12. didn‚Äôt understand. He was not easy to understand.
